Cancellation & Refund Policy

AKASH AGARWAL believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy for its SaaS products.

Policy Guidelines

  • Subscription Cancellations

    • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings or by contacting our support team.
    • Cancellations will stop future billing, but already‑processed payments for the current billing cycle are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Free Trials

    • If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.
    • Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, standard cancellation and refund rules apply.
  • Refunds

    • Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods (e.g., unused days/weeks in a monthly plan).
    • Exceptions may be made if the service was unavailable or significantly impaired due to issues on our end.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Annual Plans

    • Customers who cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days of purchase may request a full refund.
    • After 14 days, refunds are not available, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing term.
  • Service Issues

    • If you experience technical problems or believe the service does not match its description, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
    • Our team will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or service credit.
